Three Pricing Levers

For each vehicle you can combine three pricing levers. Use one, two or all three depending on what fits your sharing setup.

In the app the three levers each live on their own page. Open the vehicle, then Costs: a summary shows three cards (price per km, price per hour, fixed costs) with their current state, and each one leads to its own settings page with its own save button.

Per-kilometer rate

Billed for every kilometer driven (covers fuel and wear).

Hourly rate

Billed for every hour of booking (covers immobilization).

Fixed costs

Monthly charges shared by usage, including an optional flat monthly fee.

Per-kilometer Rate

The per-kilometer rate is the amount billed for each kilometer driven. You define it yourself.

You can directly enter the rate you want to apply, or use the calculation tool to help you determine it.

Per-km rate settings

Hourly Rate

On top of the per-kilometer rate, you can set an hourly rate charged for every hour of booking, independently of the distance driven.

It is useful when a vehicle is reserved for a long time without much driving, or to acknowledge that a booked vehicle is unavailable to others.

Leave it at 0 if you only want to bill by distance.

Fixed Costs (incl. flat monthly fee)

You can also declare the vehicle's monthly fixed costs (insurance, leasing, parking, depreciation…). Among them, a flat monthly fee lets you add a free monthly amount to be split between users — handy for grouping small recurring charges or setting a fixed monthly contribution.
