When a borrower fills up, they can record it so the amount is deducted from their balance.
Recording a Fill-up
- Tap Add a fill-up or +
- Enter the amount paid (required)
- Enter the liters (optional but recommended)
- Add a photo of the receipt (recommended)
- Add a note if needed
- Tap Save
Tip: Add a photo of the receipt to keep proof and build trust between users.
Record the amount and liters of the fill-up
Impact on the Balance
Example:
- Julie owes 50 EUR from trips
- She fills up for 40 EUR
- New balance: 50 - 40 = 10 EUR to pay
Note: If the fill-up exceeds what you owe, your balance becomes negative (credit). This credit will be used for your next trips.
