Balance Reset

Reset the balance after settlement.

Once the borrower has paid what they owe, the owner resets the balance to start a new period.

When to Reset?

  • After receiving payment from the borrower
  • Periodically (every month for example)
  • At the borrower's request

Performing a Reset

  1. Verify that the borrower has paid you
  2. Go to Balance
  3. Select the relevant borrower
  4. Tap Reset to Zero
  5. Confirm

Warning: The reset is irreversible. Make sure you have received payment before confirming.
