Reservation validation

Enable request approval by the owner.

The owner can enable manual reservation validation to maintain control over vehicle usage.

Enable validation

  1. Go to Settings > Vehicles
  2. Select the vehicle
  3. Enable Reservation validation

Validation process

Borrower side

  1. 1. Creates a reservation
  2. 2. Sees "Pending validation"
  3. 3. Receives a notification when accepted/rejected

Owner side

  1. 1. Receives a request notification
  2. 2. Reviews the details
  3. 3. Accepts or rejects

Tip: Disable validation if you trust your borrowers to simplify the process.

If two reservations overlap:

  • A warning is displayed
  • Both users are notified
  • The owner must arbitrate
