Remove a user
You can remove a borrower from your group at any time.
Check the balance! If the borrower has an unsettled balance, request payment before removing them.
Remove a user
- Go to Settings > Users
- Select the borrower
- Tap on Remove from group
- Confirm
What happens after
- The borrower immediately loses access
- Their future bookings are cancelled
- Their trip history remains visible
- They can request to rejoin with your code
