The price per kilometer is the main parameter for calculating trip costs. You define this amount yourself.

You can directly enter the price per km you want to apply, or use the calculation tool to help you determine it.

You can allow or disallow borrowers from recording fuel fill-ups:

• Allowed — Borrowers can add fill-ups (deducted from their balance)
• Not allowed — The feature is disabled and does not appear to borrowers
