Trip management

Co-oto does not require any hardware installation in your vehicle.

You can add, edit, or delete trips based on the vehicle’s odometer. The app calculates trip costs using the parameters set by the vehicle owner.

All trip-related data is visible to both users.

Expense account

The owner can reset each borrower’s usage count individually at any time after receiving their payment, in order to start fresh.

Calendar and bookings

Borrowers can book the vehicle and let the owner know when they plan to use it.

The owner can then approve the bookings if needed. Both the owner and borrowers can add trips to the shared calendar.

It’s also possible to enable or disable booking validation by the owner, depending on the group’s preferences.

Vehicle location

If you don’t have a fixed parking space, make a note of the vehicle’s location to inform your carsharer of its whereabouts.
