Do I need to install a tracker or OBD device in the vehicles?
No. Co-oto works without any hardware: no OBD device, no GPS tracker, no connected key box. Drivers log their trips and odometer readings from their smartphone. There is no continuous GPS tracking either: a vehicle's position is only entered manually, for example to note where it is parked.
Who needs to pay for the Teams subscription?
Only one person, typically the fleet manager, office manager, or organization admin. All other drivers download the free Co-oto app and are invited to the circle. They can book vehicles, log trips, and check availability at no cost.
Is there a desktop app or do I need to use my phone?
